Residential nursing home exceeding expectations

My mom has now been in a residential nursing home for about 2 months and it is definitely exceeding my expectations.  She seems happier, healthier and she is eating much better.  My mom was a standard for about 2 years before we decided to move her.  I was nervous at first but it has worked out so well that I am sorry we waited this long.  There is a dog at her new home that she has really bonded with as well too.  I would encourage anyone that has a loved one in a nursing home to look into these if they are available in your area.  They are normally private pay only but can be significantly cheaper than other options as well.  Let me know if you have any questions.

It may be a good option to move your loved ones into nursing homes for their good health but it's not a best choice. Home care gives the familiar environment and keep your loved ones stress free.
