1. Drink lots of water instead of fizzy drinks 2. Drink milk instead of semi-skimmed 3. Eat lesser amounts of food 4. Avoid the intake of tea or coffee with sugar. 5. Take smaller portions of the food that you enjoy. 6. Avoid a second helping at dinner. 7. Cut down on beer or alcohol. 8. Take a glass of warm water with lemon juice early in the morning dinner should be very light. no junk.. some excercise ..doning aerobic activity at-least for an hour..Yoga helps as well..

I have also tried the warm water regimen and is really true. It also helps your throat get rid of any illness. Exercise is always the best option.

The other tips are indeed valid. I avoid the soft drinks and snack aisles at the grocery store and instead drink water and eat fresh fruit and vegetable for snacks.

its not only for single person i think everybody wanna look slim and fit.fat body is hated by everyone and slim body is liked by everyone.because a person who have slim body have always remain fit and active rather then a men who have a fat body is always tired,he can do many jobs.thus everyone hates him.so i adviced those people who have a fat body do excercise and lose weight for this you have to lose stomach fat.once you do this you will positive result and gat a perfect body.

perfect body is attract everybody and a person who have a perfect body is also active rather then a man who have a fat body.unfit body is a sign of diseases.a person who have fat body is always ill thats why he can do work properely.are you one of them then i suggest you to lose weight otherwise its very dangerous for you.so do excercise and reduce stomach fat.because this is the big reason for a unfit body so reduce it.

I agree with u that if u have a attractive body then each person want to be a friend to you.This can be a great option for u to be carrier.So keep your body fit.For this,u should ear fresh food and use fruits with your food.Use salad with your food.This is a secret of high energy.

weight is a big issue for everybody,a person who increase weight he is afraid and he begin to do excercise to lose it.so everybody is very carefull about their health mostly about their belly.because it looks so unsightly on our body.so i suggest all who have a big belly just do excercise and lose your belly fat if you wanna look smarter.

everybody desired that they look like slim and fit.fir this they do excercise and lots of thing to like like this.the biggest reason for this is that a fat body can do little thing according to a slim body.like ha can do run for a long time.they get tired and they need to take rest,one another reason is that fat man have so many illness around him.a fat man have a big belly.which looks so ugly on our body.so just get rid of belly fat to look handsome or preety.then you will saw the people who hates suddenly start take caring of you.

if you really wanna reduce your weight then first of all you have to worried about your diet.The word diet doesn't just refer to a reduction in eating. It also means adjusting your diet to include more of the things you need and less of the things you don't. A balanced diet is going to be key in order to losing stomach fat. Your body stores energy in two ways: glycogen and fat. Glycogen is stored in your muscles and liver.and then you have to do excercise daily other wise you don't be able to reduce your fat.so follow the instruction and i am sure you will get good result.

When it comes to how to losing weight and getting tight abdominals many people are not bothered about seeking a way to lose belly fat. Most will do anything to remove unsightly fat, from surgery to slimming pills.and its very harmful to their health so i prefered workout to do the thing.and i also suggest you to be stay away from this.
