The chances for high harm diseases are higher with smokers than the non smokers. Smokers are twice as likely to die from heart attacks as are non smokers. And smoking is a major risk factor for peripheral vascular disease, a narrowing of the blood vessels that carry blood to the leg and arm muscles.

Smoking also affects the walls of the vessels that carry blood to the brain i.e., carotid arteries, which can cause strokes. Men who smoke are more likely to develop impotence because of blood vessel disease.

The number of disease is high in number as cigarettes have a high number of harmful chemicals included in it. Never take a blind decision. With regard to cigarettes just think of the Quit smoking side effects . If you think in the right way, it’s sure that you will find its goodness, and automatically you will quit.

Cigarettes contain more than 4000 chemical compounds and at least 400 toxic substances.....
When you inhale, a cigarette burns at 700°C at the tip and around 60°C in the core. This heat breaks down the tobacco to produce various toxins....
common disease in people who smoke...
- Coronary thrombosis: a blood clot in the arteries supplying the heart, which can lead to a heart attack. Around 30 per cent are caused by smoking....
- Cerebral thrombosis: the vessels to the brain can become blocked, which can lead to collapse, stroke and paralysis....
- If the kidney arteries are affected, then high blood pressure or kidney failure results.
Blockage to the vascular supply to the legs may lead to gangrene and amputation....

Smokers are those who destroy their life as well as others also, as the smoke that smokers do smoke is hazardous to them still it is hazardous to the one indirectly experiencing it. Recent studies have shown that during cigarette smoking, tobacco burns and create smoke which is more harmful to the passive smoker than the active smoker. This toxic substance is healing many lives directly or in directly.

Though smokers have higher risks of getting sick, non-smokers who are usually with smokers also are prone to different illnesses.  So non-smokers must avoid getting second hand smoke since this too is risky for your health.
